SoulMirror does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic or advisory services within the meaning of applicable sector regulations. AI analysis results do not replace consultation with a specialist. AI-generated content is labelled in the app pursuant to art. 50(2) of the EU AI Act.
§4. User account
- 1. Account creation is free. It requires an email address and password.
- 2. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials.
- 3. The User may delete the Account at any time from settings. Account deletion removes all Moments and analysis results within 30 days.

§7. Right of withdrawal (consumer)
Under Polish consumer law (transposing the EU Consumer Rights Directive), a User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
Important (digital content): for digital services the right of withdrawal expires if performance begins with the User's express consent and after being informed of the loss of the withdrawal right (art. 38 pt 13 of the Consumer Rights Act). Before the first full report is generated or SOUL subscription is activated, the User consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal right after the first full report is used / the first subscription billing period elapses.
For free teasers and features that do not require payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply (no paid contract).
§8. Refund procedure
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal (§7), the Provider offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first SOUL Subscription (monthly or yearly), regardless of the purchase channel. The guarantee can be used only once per Account.
Web (Stripe): email kontakt@soulmirror.pl within 30 days of the first SOUL charge with the subject „SOUL refund” and provide the Account email and Stripe transaction ID (or payment date). Full refund will be processed within 14 business days of positive review, using the same payment method.
Android (Google Play Billing): refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play terms. Standard path: Google account → Payments → Purchase history → select the SoulMirror transaction → „Request a refund”. Independently of the Google path, within the 30-day SOUL guarantee window you may also write to kontakt@soulmirror.pl— we will then recommend the refund to Google Play and promptly revoke entitlements on the app side.
For UNLOCK MOMENT (9.99 PLN) the 30-day guarantee does not apply — the product is delivered immediately and is non-reversible. For an UNLOCK MOMENT purchased through the Android app, Google Play's standard refund policy additionally applies (e.g. Google's 48-hour refund window).
§9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the service (technical errors, lack of access after payment, non-conformity with the contract) should be submitted to kontakt@soulmirror.plwith problem description, date of occurrence and Account email.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is considered justified.
§10. Subscription cancellation
SOUL Subscription can be cancelled at any time in the channel where it was paid:
- Web (Stripe): Stripe customer portal (link in SoulMirror account settings).
- Android (Google Play Billing): Google Play app → Your account → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → SoulMirror → „Cancel subscription”. Cancellation of a Google-Play-billed subscription cannot be performed from inside the SoulMirror app — it must be performed in Google Play settings, as required by Google.
After cancellation, access to SOUL features remains active until the end of the paid billing period — paid but unused time is not refunded pro rata (except cases under §7 and §8 and the refund policy of the relevant payment provider).
§11. AI service character
- 1. SoulMirror delivers AI-assisted interpretations of reflective and educational character.
- 2. AI analysis results do not constitute psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice and do not replace consultation with a specialist.
- 3. AI models may generate incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete interpretations. The User uses the results at their own risk.
- 4. AI analysis results are labelled in the app as AI-generated (art. 50(2) of the EU AI Act).
§12. Limitation of liability
- 1. The service is provided „as is” in early-access mode. The Provider uses due diligence to ensure its availability and correctness.

- 3. AI analysis results (teasers, reports, audio) are provided to the User for personal, non-commercial use.
- 4. SoulMirror's interface, graphics, code and brand are protected by the Provider's intellectual property rights.

- 2. The User agrees not to submit content violating the law, third-party personal rights, child sexual abuse material, content promoting violence or hatred.
- 3. Breach of these obligations entitles the Provider to block the Account and — in case of serious violations — notify law enforcement.
§15. Personal data
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
§16. Changes to these terms
The Provider may update these terms (product evolution, legal changes). Material changes are communicated to Users by email and in the Service at least 14 days in advance. Lack of acceptance of the new version entitles the User to immediately terminate the contract (delete the Account) with refund of any unused part of the Subscription.
§17. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court with local jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure — for consumers: court of consumer's place of residence (art. 31 of the CCP). A consumer may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
